 Is this patch about sending attention messages or receiving them?

 I've quite enjoyed the fact that yahoo users think im getting an annoying
 loud buzz plus shaking screen when in actuality I only get the nice polite
 message in pidgin that Im being buzzed.

 If we are implementing the annoying buzz + shaking I hope it can be
 optionally turned off.
