 Usually when a new message arrives, the taskbar button flashes a few times
 and stays lightened up so you can see a new message arrived.

 But on Windows (XP SP2), I've noticed that sometimes (it doesn't happen
 always); after it stopped flashing, it also returns to it's normal state
 (not lightened up) so the user doesn't know (by looking at the taskbar
 buttons only) if a new message arrived or not.
