 I don't know, maybe.  I think the only place that oscar surfaces the
 birthday is when we display someone's info.  I guess it's possible for a
 plugin to grab that information from the dialog and keep track of it.
 That might not be the best solution, though.

 I'm certainly open to accepting a patch to the oscar protocol plugin that
 would make the "birthday" field easier to get to.
