Comment:

 Well lets see, when you login and a group is closed or open you see the
 groupname online contacts/total contacts ex: Google (1/'''12'''). Every
 few days I'll get Google (0/'''0'''). After logout and login the list
 stays blank. BUT if I remove the account and recreate it I get all my
 contacts back. I should point out this happens in both Linux as well as
 Win installs of 2.1.1
