 Proxy server squid do not understand multiple Proxy-Authorization (p-a)
 headers: it's using only first header. libpurple's first p-a header -
 Basic. So, if proxy not accept basic auth it will reject access.
 Again, libpurple must discover what type of auth accepted by proxy and
 send only ONE p-a header with most stronger type of auth.
