 OK, I went into MySpace, changed my password to something shorter, then
 typed in the new, shorter password into the protocol field and this time
 it logged me on. I'm not certain if it's because Pidgin didn't like the
 long password or because I had copy-pasted before. In any case, I was able
 to log on.
