Comment:

 1) We tried making it so that it wouldn't send auto-responses if you've
 spoken to the person recently, as I thought that was annoying. People seem
 to get confused about this and think it doesn't work. I've reverted that
 change for 2.2.1

 2) It goes away with time; if you want to force it to delete, hover over
 it with your mouse, and hit the Delete key

 3) This is a duplicate of another bug.
