Comment:

 The favicon is a .ico file with 8-bit color and palleted transparency as
 best I can tell.  This is a Mozilla issue which I think I can fix by
 adding a "shortcut icon" to the header.  However, it still won't appear
 until the first time you click the new link from my testing with Mozilla
 Firefox.
