Comment:

 (In [7e4dce3610aa29bd6b60ab150493a70e88cf9e4c]) Make the header image
 linked to /.  I can't trivially make the whole bird
 linked because it's a background image, but the way I used the padding
 should make the top half of it linked, along with the text part of the
 logo.
 Fixes #1693
