 When loading prefs.xml > blist > width, it seems like Pidgin is
 initializing the Buddy List window with a minimum width of the value it
 reads, therefore I cannot make the buddy list smaller in width afterwards,
 but only bigger. Height seems ok, meaning it is making the height equal to
 the value it reads, and not setting the value as minimum.
