 This is a small change to the avatars and actually a blast from the past
 (2.0.x series).

 I simply think it's beneficial to show the avatars at 96x96 by default and
 allow the user to shrink the sizes (or maybe even do away with them like
 currently in 2.1.x and 2.2.x) by using a drop down menu.

 What does the consensus?
