 It's a pity!

 Actually I did not ask for larger-sized emoticon-imagefiles, but for an on
 the fly calculated magnification. On modern screens the resolution is
 growing ... so the net space of a single pixel is shrinking more and more.
 I can relatively easily enlarge the font to cope with this, but the
 emoticons keep on shrinking. Within the chatwindow, this is tolerable. But
 when selecting one it could help to view all its pixels without launching
 an external screen-loupe.
