 While looking into #2604, I've noticed that the defect is in web page:
 FORBIDDEN page is cached in my browser or proxy server (Mozilla/5.0 (X11;
 U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070730 SUSE/2.0.0.6-10.1
 Firefox/2.0.0.6), (squid/2.6.STABLE13) and is not reloaded after logging
 in. Forced reload helps.
 You can easily reproduce this by going to
 http://developer.pidgin.im/simpleticket/, logging out (error page is
 displayed), logging in (error page is still displayed), Shift-Reload ->
 Create ticket page is displayed.
