 Unfortunately the patch only works for "message received" (Red, bold) and
 "typed" (tan-ish brown) on buddies.  It doesn't work for "typing" (green),
 and it doesn't work for chats, and I didn't really test for idle (because
 the blist code takes care of that), and it crashed when someone logged
 off.
