Attached a rough draft of a patch (adding functions that aren't used
anywhere; temporarily jabber_cmd_buzz() should be changed to use these new
functions, but after #2788 they can be called by Pidgin directly), but I'm
having trouble testing XMPP's buzzing support in the first place.
When I'm logged in to a Gmail account and try to /buzz myself (giving my
email address as an argument), I get
> Unable to buzz, because the user does not support it.
Unassigning so that someone more knowledgeable of XMPP can take a look at
it. http://www.adiumx.com/blog/2007/07/soc-xmpp-update.php points to
