 My ticket 381 was just made a dupe of this one.  The wording of this bug
 is sufficiently vague that I don't understand it at all.

 My original plea in bug 381: It is hard to figure out how to initiate a
 group chat in MSN.

 I really don't understand why this has to do with API (it is about UI!)
 and why 381 would be a dupe of this one.  I think that is an error.
