 Hmm.. it seems as if ICQ notifies you if an account has a birthday today
 by adding to his status flag AIM_ICQ_STATE_BIRTHDAY (not sure, didn't
 check yet). Oscar can check this on status change of the contact, but the
 problem is how to notify to the GUI that this happens ?

 I suggest GUI-wise to add this to the "authorization" notebook messages on
 the bottom.

 But in order for purple<->UI to be able to communicate this there should
 be a new hook in _PurpleAccountUiOps or to use the current mechanism for
 request_authorize and pass the message in a special way so the UI will
 show it as a bday notification and not auth noticiation.

 Any input ?
