 Sure. Focus order is definitely consistent now.

 Granted, pressing F6 never gives focus to the toolbar, nor the tabs, but
 whether or not it should is a discussion for another day (seeing as the
 comment in comment:2 seems to have disappeared from gtkconv.c)
