 I am unable to sort my buddy list manually. Even when it has been set to
 manual sort, when I attempt to drag a buddy or group to another area of
 the list, it does a quick animated snap back to its original place. The
 black bar that used to appear between entries on the list to show where
 the buddy would be dropped when I let go no longer appears at all.

 When I first installed Pidgin, I had no problem. I believe it was around
 the time I upgraded to 2.0.2 that this problem developed. It could also
 have been a Windows update that did it. I've posted a video of the problem

 I have tried the following troubleshooting on my own with no results:
 * Switching to other sort modes and then back to manual.
 * Disabling all plugins and restarting Pidgin
 * Uninstalling Pidgin and all components (including GTK), manually
 deleting all traces I could find, and reinstalling.
 * Uninstalling all components and installing version 2.0.1.

 I'm running Pidgin 2.1.1 on Vista Ultimate Edition on an AMD FX-62 dual
 core with 2GB RAM and an NVIDIA 8800GTX.
