 i'm using viewMTN to access them (dont have monotone), and it seems as if
 http://developer.pidgin.im/viewmtn/revision/file/f1fec6253c51063089a99105b8eb75411df13bda/htdocs/download/index.php
 and other files in the d/l section are empty, is this a permissions thing
 ?
