 If you have password remembering turned off for an account there are still
 cases where it will remember the password.

 The main case is illustrated with Aim.  If I am logged on at work, and
 then log on from home I am given the option to disconnect the work
 connection.

 When I get to work, I try to reconnect via the 'you were disconnected'
 dialog and nothing happens.  if I then go to the accounts window and click
 the enabled button, to enable the account, it then auto logs me in.
 Looking at the account preferences shows me that it has remembered my
 password.
