 If user is logged into the same AIM account on 2 or more computers and
 changes the nickname of a buddy on one of them, the change was not
 reflected on other computers.

 This also fixes some other nickname update problems. For example, if a
 buddy's nickname is in a localy cached buddy list and in a server list and
 the entries are different, the UI was not updated after synchronization
 until the buddy was redrawn.
