 Putting data that is only going to change once per release into a
 database, when NOTHING else on www.pidgin.im is in a database is overkill
 and a waste of what limited resources we have.  I'd rather see a simple
 script to convert the changelog to static html, although I still say that
 all this is overkill to begin with.  It's not that big a deal that someone
 has to read a text file instead of a prettified web page.
