 This is in reference to Ticket #3216.

 I was advised that I should download the "groupmsg" plugin in order to be
 able to send messages to more than one person at a time.  I followed the
 link provided in response to my ticket which lead me to the download page
 for the "plugin pack," which lists "groupmsg" as one of the plugins
 included.  However, upon download I found the plugin was not included in
 the pack.

 After some additional research I found that the plugin is not included due
 to "potential abuse issues."  However, I do not want to "abuse" anyone, I
 just need the plugin in order to update my co-workers on the status of
 projects we are all working on.

 I would like a copy of the "groupmsg" plugin in binary format for Windows.
 I don't have the knowledge/capacity to compile plugins.  I looked at the
 documentation, but the process is way over my head.

 I am filing a new ticket for this request because there doesn't seem to be
 any way for me to re-open the previous ticket I filed.

 Can you please tell me where I can download a binary of the plugin?
