 After setting proxy in Tools->Preferences->Network as HTTP, restart
 Pidgin, GUI is found abnormal, only the Combo Box is displayed with the
 content HTTP, while no Host, Port, User, Password is displayed. The proxy
 section in prefs.xml is correct, but Pidgin fail to load these settings.

 It is not until I upgraded Pidgin to 2.2.0 that this problem came.
