 I use Pidgin via a socks server. Because my intranet DNS filters requests,
 I can not use hostnames, I must use IP addresses for the Google and Yahoo
 servers.
 On upgrading to 2.2.0, my IP address configuration was replaced with the
 standard hostnames.

 Therefore I must reconfigure the settings. It probably affects all
 accounts, so I leave the component as unclassified
