 Unicode characters in buddy alias names show up as ? in the chat window
 title bar.

 For example, my name in Russian is Грэм but shows up as ???? in the title
 bar when I talk to myself.  Everywhere else Pidgin does the right thing
 and displays Грэм.

 I am running under Windows XP.  It does not appear (first glance) to be a
 problem with the operating system.  When I edit a text file (Грэм.txt)
 with unicode characters in it using Notepad, it shows up properly in the
 title bar.
