Comment:

 If this actually is 2.2.0, I can't recreate this at all, there was an
 issue in 2.1.0 that caused this behavior, but that was fixed for 2.1.1.

 There have been a couple other reports of similar issues occurring
 intermittently, but nothing specific has been identified as the cause.  It
 is probably a GTK+ bug of some variety.
