 Having `purple.h` self-include seems...redundant.  We could lose the diff.

 I agree the examples should stay ''far'' away from `internal.h`.

 Should we have purple.h be generated at build and define `PURPLE_PLUGINS`
 if appropriate?  This might not be the greatest idea, but I'm putting it
 out here for completeness, just so we cover all the bases.
