Comment:

 (In [31d62e1a78974a0239e86bfeb42b29ab75216114]) When entering the message
 for a substatus, get the text from the imhtml
 using gtk_imhtml_get_markup() instead of gtk_imhtml_get_text() so that
 we grab the HTML version and not the plain text version.  This allows
 people to have HTML in substatuses.  Whoops.

 Fixes #3268.
