 Use case: use keyboard to toggle the "Show Offline Buddies" setting

 In 2.1, I did this with the following keystrokes (WinXP):  Alt-B O (2
 keystrokes)

 In 2.2.0, the best I can figure is
 Alt-B Down Down Down Down
 Right (to activate the first entry in the submenu, "Offline Buddies")
 O (to toggle and dismiss the menu). (7 keystrokes)

 Reason I'm logging as a defect (rather than as an enhancement): regression
 in behavior from 2 keystrokes to 7 keystrokes is substantial.

 Proposal:
 1. Add a hot key for the "Show" submenu.  Looks like O and W are available
 (in English)
 2a. When user presses hot key, activate the first entry in the submenu (so
 that the "O" key will toggle the value and dismiss the menu), or
 2b. Allow the "O" key to toggle the value in the submenu and dismiss the
 menu.
