 When trying to send a file through the MSN protocol on a Pidgin 2.2.0
 (windows xp) system to another Pidgin 2.2.0 (windows xp) system, the
 receiving client got the wrong filesize, which resulted in the % of file-
 transfer-complete being completely wrong. See the attached file for
 example. The file that caused this error was a 17meg rar file. The sending
 system has no wacky network stuff going on - no NAT, pidgin cleared
 through firewall, etc, but the receiving system may not be on the
 "allowed" list for the windows xp firewall.
