 datallah: I'd like to support RTF formatting for ICQ at some point in the
 future.  I didn't see another open ticket about it, so I'm going to use
 this one.

 devrabbit: Pidgin supports formatting for other protocols, but not ICQ.
 The problem with implementing RTF formatting is that it takes work, and no
 one has put forth the effort required.
