 Didn't work for me. I'm using V2.2.0 on Windows XP SP2 and blocked users
 (specifically, "facebook", an annoying bot) are still able to IM me on
 AIM. I checked the account is blocked (the option even shows up as
 "unblock" in the Conversation menu) and the privacy setting is "block the
 following users".
