#3321: pigdin hangs when closing the taskbar shortcut when having unread messages

 Open Pidgin 2.2.0. Have at least 2 tabs opened, with conversations.
 Minimize the conversations window to taskbar. Assuming someone has sent
 you a message, the Pidgin icon on the taskbar clips. Right-click the icon
 to select close.

 You will see the icon continues to clip, though no contextual menu
 appears. Also, the icon does not open when left-clicking it. Double-
 clicking the Pidgin shortcut in the System Tray brings the buddy list on
 the screen and opens the conversations window. Still, no switching between
 tabs is possible. I have to close Pidgin from Task Manager.
