 I can't agree that this bug is fixed. If I copy+paste formatted text from
 e.g. Microsoft Word and that text has red color, all future text written
 to someone in the same session will be in red color. If I copy+paste from
 OpenOffice.org Writer, I will get both the last font face and color of the
 pasted text for the rest of the session.

 This is very easilly replicable: Open up Microsoft Office or
 OpenOffice.org Writer. Enter some text, select some of it and apply a
 color. Select other parts of it and apply a font face. Copy the text and
 paste it into a Pidgin chat window.

 What happens next seems to be dependent on where you copied the text from,
 but in either case, the formatting of what you paste is preserved to some
 extent as well as being applied to all future text you write during that
 session. I'll attach a couple of screen shots to illustrate the problem.
