 Currently the msn prpl sets a value "currentmedia" to give the GUI access
 to a string representing what the user is currently playing. This has a
 couple of drawbacks, in my opinion! Firstly it does not allow the GUI to
 do any custom formatting. Secondly it does it an way particular to the msn
 prpl, rather than following what was done in the jabber plugin, which uses
 PURPLE_TUNE_TITLE etc..
 The attached patch implements this using PURPLE_TUNE_TITLE. I have not
 tested it in Pidgin, but have been testing it in Adium. The patch was
 developed against the latest im.pidgin.pidgin revision.
 This is my first attempt at a patch for pidgin, so I do apologise for it!
