Comment:

 I just checked in revision 3829f989342d787500e9abe363c89909db102f4b which
 should fix this.  Rather than iterating through all the buddies again, I
 added a check to purple_ssi_parselist() where, if a buddy starts with a
 plus then mark them online and mark them as mobile.  And I added the same
 check in a few other places (like when adding a new mobile user to your
 list).  Thanks!
