 Pidgin would crash when it queued a request to update a contact's display
 picture, but the contact logged out before that request started. I
 reproduced it by having the MSNP14 client logged in, then on another
 client, change the display picture, but then have that other client log
 out relatively quickly.

 I'm not quite satisfied with this fix though. Upon further investigation I
 think it may close the switchboard connection if inviting another contact,
 who is offline, to a chat. I'm not absolutely sure that's the case, I
 haven't quite researched it enough, but I think that's a possibility. I'll
 continue to look into it and see if I can find a better solution.
