 Have a plugin which allows for custom shell commands to be executed for
 almost any actions in pidgin. ex: new mail, general buddy status changes,
 buddy starts convo or says something, you say something, someone
 starts/stops typing, connection errors, file transfer requests, buddy
 requests, etc.  Having it similar to buddy pounces would be great.
