 Dear developers, I really hope that you reconsider this issue and accept
 that our now many-voiced point of view is valid even if you don't find our
 arguments "constructive" enough. I suggest adding this as a plugin shipped
 by default.

 Having said that, there is now a Windows DLL for the manual resize plugin
 of nodashi. See http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/5296.
