 yeah and there are also persons who go through the 1000 opended tickets to
 search invalid, fixed and duplicate tickets.
 And I asked because nobody used this ticket for 10 month and Mark already
 pointed out, that this is maybe a problem because trillian used the old
 file transfer method. And maybe they changed this.

 I will download trillian and try a file transfer.
