 If a user has a large number of groups in thier Buddy List, it takes a
 long time to scroll through the user list in the "Buddy List" window to
 get to a user towards the bottom.  It would be nice if it were possible to
 show "Buddy Groups" as tabs on the "Buddy List" window.  This would allow
 a user to find the right buddy faster.
