 The guy responding to the arch ticket said something which sounds to me
 like a claim that he thinks we should be shipping the libtool binary
 itself in our tarball (which I'm pretty sure the libtool docs specifically
 say not to do) so I'm not sure what is going on but something is certainly
 confused. I'm hoping he'll post something here to explain but we may just
 be able to ignore it until it comes up again (or go ask them about it in
 the arch ticket).
