 That debug log contains no useful information because it was from a second
 running of pidgin and so it didn't actually attempt to connect. But that
 message means that your build of pidgin was built with NetworkManager
 support and either NM thinks your internet is down or it isn't configured
 to know about your internet. If you change status pidgin will connect (you
 don't need to disable and re-enable the accounts to force that). You can
 either fix NM, disable the NM service entirely, or rebuild pidgin without
 NM support all of which will make this stop happening.
