 Automatically disabling it is breaking. Magical re-enabling requires not
 only a boolean ump on/off flag but now a second had-ump on/off flag as
 well. My point with the keyring was more that once you have secure keyring
 password storage I see no reason to need to not save your passwords, at
 which point you get ump for free as it just becomes the keyring password
 /pass-phrase.
