 FYI there's a website "FOSS Factory" that is now offering a $5,000 CAD
 bounty for getting voice and video chat working in MSN and Yahoo!  I've
 just heard of this web site and can't vouch for it, but it looks pretty
 legit.  I think anyone can contribute to the bounty.  I also think it's
 possible to split the bounty into "subprojects."  So you could split MSN
 and Yahoo! into two projects of $2,500, for example.
