 Your company's proxy is more than a simple SOCKS5 proxy - it is protocol-
 aware, that is most likely the cause of the problem.

 I don't think the highlighted lines are the issue.  The output you see in
 2.4.0 is similar to what I see.

 What is odd is that I'd expect to see more error output before the
 "(11:36:38) account: Disconnecting account 01B79DB0" line.  My guess is
 that your proxy doesn't allow the separate connection that is used to
 retrieve yahoo aliases and that is causing the overall yahoo connection to
 be terminated (arguably, that shouldn't cause the connection to be
 terminated).  I'm also not seeing where in the code this disconnection
 could be triggered without additional debugging output.
