 I think the pidgin devels are using this ticket as a form of amusement.
 Since my last post I have given up on Pidgin.  I'm using
 https://www.meebo.com for IM.  Yeah it sucks that I have to keep my
 browser open for IM, but if I open it in a tab its actually pretty cool.
 The reason why I will not be going back to Pidgin is that the team has
 showed the community what they think of us.  I'm certain this isn't the
 last time they'll make some kind of terrible change to Pidgin and refuse
 to change it back.  I don't have time to deal with it.  Good bye, Pidgin.
