 Alright, here's another patch that takes care of updating the OIM tokens
 when they expire.

 Unlike the contacts, I just left each function to do its own error
 handling. That's only because the send OIM function need to do some
 special things with the faultcode and the lockkey that's returned. I'm not
 really decided either way (one function that handles all errors, or just
 having each operation's function handle its own errors).
